Go back to the Doctor. Get the inner ear and small vessels at the back of the neck checked out. My wife who has never smoked had this last December and was rushed to hospital where they suspected she had a mini stroke until they found both these areas were affected. One due to an infection and one due to age.

Have you ever had blood pressure issues? Have you ever felt really lightheaded when standing after laying down? That's what this sounds like to me. Did you wake up from your nap and go immediately to your computer and take all those puffs? You may have had low bp when you got up, and rapid puffing may have made it worse.

Many possible causes. Orthostatic hypotension,hypoglycemia,etc. Doubt it was the vaping. Hope you go get checked by a medical professional.
