This happend to me both times I started vaping. Not sure as to why, I'm sure it had to do with the PG/VG. I just drank plenty of water and it went away after a week or so. Best of luck.

The weird throat feeling happened to me in the beginning week and a half or so. Can't tell you if it is a reaction to PG or not. I still use PG juices, but no longer notice the "feeling". Hard candy, mints and coughdrops helped me.

I had been having the same type of swollen throat reaction and a feeling of a hair on the back of my tongue gag feeling off and on for several years when I would dip or smoke analog cigs.
