I'm kind of new to vaping myself but as far as I can tell the big difference in between vaping and smoking from other devices is that you have to hold it alot longer for each hit and you also can take larger hits than usually.

A vape session just takes longer than burning a j or a bowl. I find that a session with my EZ Vape can run 20-30 minutes easy. Between getting it the right temperature, getting the glass and the herb up to the right temperature, and sipping tiny-ass hits, it just takes a while. So if you're vaping, you need to be more patient.

I almost cant believe it! Since i quit ive been saying to myself, "just make it to 3 months then it will be so much easier, you won't even crave it." That was definitely a lie but i made it and im never going back! When i get stressed or overwhelmed all i want is a hit but i remind myself that id regret it so much and it definitely would not be worth it.

Hi! Im FINALLY getting serious about quitting juul. Not “oh I know I need to quit”. Im facing the reality. Its been two years of daily use went from a pod a week to almost finishing a pod a day (working remote tripled my use). I havent juuld in three days now due to my lungs being so mad at me.

I started smoking Juul June of 2020. I’m not going to lie, I enjoy it a lot. This past year has been extremely difficult given Covid lockdowns and bunch of other stuff. Juul made me calm down and helped me a lot during this rough patch.
