I slowed my analogs for a month or two, but had to sell my vape because I was moving back home and it was unnecessary at the moment, and went back to smoking 3 packs a week, but I just got another vape so hopefully I can stop analogs all together and see better improvement after the gym too. Wouldn't be surprised!

I used to smoke a cigarette before workout and after workout..that was a no no. I have been feeling much more cleaner in the inside and less sluggish. I hope you can see the positives soon, after all vaping is promoting health
