Welcome. I'm a 9yr colitis sufferer. I smoked 30yrs, quit with vaping and had my first flare 10mths later. I had tapered my nic to zero by then, so after reading about smoking helping, I took my nic back up to 12mg/ml. Hard to say even now if vaping helps.

Use caution if you vape in bed...don't fall asleep with your vaporizer in bed with you. Also, if you do vape and get e-liquid in your mouth you will feel a tingling sensation (this freaked me out the first time), spit it out, rinse your mouth out and try again, taking slow, long drags.
