Hi everyone. So I started vaping last year, it left me with the feelings described in the title. But I actually gave up cigarettes for the first time. So I vaped for about a week. But it just made me dizzy/vertigo every day.

Go back to the Doctor. Get the inner ear and small vessels at the back of the neck checked out. My wife who has never smoked had this last December and was rushed to hospital where they suspected she had a mini stroke until they found both these areas were affected. One due to an infection and one due to age.

How to make a non-nicotine mix?
Keep track of all volumes used. Just make up a mix of your desired PG/VG ratio. The easiest is 50/50 - equal amounts of PG/VG. Then start adding flavor - maybe 50% of the recommended level for the first try. Add more flavoring if it is too weak. Once you find a mixture you like, the volumes will let you figure out what ratios to use for further batches. Come back and ask for help if there is any confusion on doing the needed calculations.
