Coming from smoking, your lungs are used to a dry, hot smoke. Vaping is a warm/cool, wet vapor. When I first started, my lungs thought I was drowning from all the moisture and I coughed a lot. After getting used to it, it now seems normal. Although it is still quite moist.

I vape up to 5 watts, the highest my istick minni goes and adjust the airflow on my nautilus as well.

I made a mistake on the adjustments for volt, compared to the watt. I've been using the 5 v, which is as high as you can adjust.
