If no, then it's not true "passthru." While vape-while-charging might technically be possible in a lot of situations, it's not usually recommended if you can avoid it.

I often vape while charging. I believe the way it works is when you press the fire button the mod momentarily disables the charging function until you let off the fire button. I think the consideration would be heat. Both discharging and charging generate heat. Now you have both heat generators going constantly.
