I think the same way people smoke pipes. This is from a description of how to smoke a pipe (googled): 'You can either hold the smoke in your mouth for a few seconds and just let it drift out and stop there, or you can take a puff, keep the smoke and the pipe stem in your mouth, then a few seconds later, take another puff, letting the previous puff escape into the air.

Ive searched about this subject, found few posts but none had my question that I wanted to ask, most of them ask if the nicotine will be absorbed, and I know for fact that it is because I don't feel that I want to smoke analogs when I use my e-cig only in the mouth, sometimes I swallow and get the vapor out of my nose but I never inhale into my lungs.

As for people holding their vape in their lungs for a long time…… If you do the same with air you will still breathe more heavily than you otherwise would and possibly feel light headed. The body still needs to breathe people……. But when inhaling vape, you still take in a nice amount of air. If people can breathe in large amounts of cigarette smoke and still take in enough air then vapour isn’t going to be an issue.
