There is no such thing as a “safe” tobacco product. It doesn't matter if you smoke it, dip it or vape it, tobacco contains nicotine that is both highly addictive and dangerous to your health.

If you are dipping 2 cans a week it's the same amount of nicotine as smoking 2 or 3 packs a day, and nicotine has been linked to heart disease but it's obviously hard to determine if that's from the nicotine itself or smoking.

Okay, so vaping is differnt from smoking. Vaping allows nicotine to cross the mucous membranes slowly, whereas smoking allows a more rapid gas exchange. Furthermore, dipping and smoking allow whole tobacco alkalines (WTA's) to enter your system, when vaping only provides nicotine.
