I've had vapor condensation on the inside of my windshield, so vapor can condense. However, condensation usually happens on the surface of items that are colder than the surrounding environment, and non-moving. The interior of your laptop is warmer than the surrounding environment, and the fans move.

Laptop computers typically have their intake ports underneath the laptop. the only exaust vents will be either in the back or on the left had side generally.
