There is currently a push to enact a smoke-free law that would protect workers.
Does Idaho have a smoke free zone?
The Idaho Clean Indoor Air Act (2007) outlines smoke-free laws within the state, which includes prohibiting smoking in public buildings, unless such building has a designated smoking area. The Clean Indoor Air Act does not set forth statewide legislation regarding the use of electronic cigarettes.
