I tried dropping to zero nic and i actually felt awful, Think it was my body telling me i needed it so now i am vaping 12mg, which i think is still a big drop from using nic salts. When you try 0% nicotine just see if your happy as we can't judge how your system is going to respond to it. If you can get by on 0% then do it.
