Day 10 and I feel awful

I picked smoking back up after I stopped drinking and have been a fairly heavy smoker. I rarely didn't have my vape near me for about eight months. I think the appeal of vaping is it provides a "hobby" which requires no mental attention at all, and the chemical provides some false sense of satisfaction (satisfying the release of withdrawal symptoms) as a substitute for actually accomplishing anything. We all deserve better, and should do better. Get a real hobby and accomplish something with your time and money that you can be proud of!

After vaping heavily for awhile, I was no longer getting any real buzz except for the first vape in the morning. Trying to get some desirable effect led just as easily to headaches from too much nicotine. There was no "buzz", just the absence of withdrawal.
