Your average professional smoker will absorb approx 1mg nicotine from every cigarette smoked so 10 cigs/day = 10mg nicotine. Nicotine is less well absorbed from vapour, approx 50% less, so you would need to vape 20mg nicotine in total to reach equivalent levels.
