I smoked for 20 years, and can say for sure that after I made a full switch to vaping, my body tells me actively everyday that I am healthier now than I ever was smoking cigarettes. But I can only speak for myself, vaping can be worse for some people if they are sensitive or have reactions to any of the ingredients.

I can't answer all of those questions because I don't know enough about vaping yet, I am using 3 mg liquid but it was fairly weak so I put a couple of Nic packs in it 10%.

Well your not inhaling tar or jet fuel or any other of the 5,000+ chemicals that are in cigarettes. We know what’s inside of ejuice .PG,VG, flavorings and nicotine (optional). As for shortness of breath, I’m not a doctor and don’t know what it could be but to say your not convinced it’s safer Is just false.
