As a rule of thumb I have to reduce the nicotine content by 50% or I will get nic sick when doing direct lung hits. Simply put, I use up twice as much juice when doing direct lung hits. I use 12mg/ml for mouth to lung & 6mg/ml for lung.

i think you absorb between 2 and 5% of the nicotine you vape, depending on the juice, the equipment, the type of hits and the person. but i could be wrong.
