It's going to differ for everyone and for every gear configuration. What you've posted doesn't look out of line at all to me. I'd say whatever keeps you off the smokes but doesn't make you sick. Lol, helpful I know. I think my intake is higher than yours, but I am higher ohm lower watts.

What ever works for you. But it's not bad to try and cut back if you can. For me the stronger throat hit liquids help me with not puffing all day. Usually something with some strong menthol.

Since we are all difffent, AND equipment is all different, any vaper could actually personalize this question by doing what people testing for a food allergy would do........they keep a journal of how they feel, in this case, it would be at different nic levels or different amounts of ml per day.

RipCigs Super Member ECF Veteran

If you feel like you're going through too much liquid, up your nic. The only time i felt i vaped too much was when i wasn't getting the hit i wanted and kept hoping the next hit would do it. Now im at 16mg on a dripper. Some people think im crazy (eventhough i know people on 25+), but hey, it keeps me off cigs and i feel great.
