Its all good man, I smoked the night before I got them out and I was fine. Only problem for me was that my blood sugar was stupid low when I came out of surgery and almost fainted the second I stood up. You shouldn't worry about the doctor asking you if you smoke, and its pretty inconsequential if he asks and you say you don't.

I wouldn't recommend smoking right before, at the very least have your teeth freshly brushed when you go in. Don't wanna have too much foreign bacteria floating around your mouth when they're yanking those suckers out.

I wouldn't recommend it. It's not like getting teeth pulled will be more fun just 'cause you're high. And you shouldn't smoke afterwards for about a week. Great way to get dry sockets.
