Like the poster above, I usually take a few hits every 5-10 minutes whenever I can, no such thing as a vaping session with me.

What are your fears exactly? I can post some information here to help ease those fears, if you want. Most of the fear is in not knowing, but also in all the hubbub of the recent media coverage and the negativity being tossed our way.

I think it's natural to vape more than you smoked or to atleast feel like that's the case. When I'm at work I vape whenever I can since I can't vape freely. When I'm home or somewhere I'm able to vape freely I vape around the clock in my opinion. I probably put down my PV for maybe 5-10 mins at a time after taking probably 5-10 drags.

To be honest, I've seriously never counted or paid attention. I just take a vape when I want one, which is pretty much all the time. I have no issues with it being in my hand ALL the time. When I drive, I'm FOREVER vaping. However, I DO know that I can easily go 6-8 hours without vaping without any issues at all.

Understand it is not the same as smoking

Vaping is an ideal method for people looking to dip their toes in cannabis consumption. It can also help you fight your cigarette cravings. You must understand that it isn’t the same as smoking, but a healthier alternative that works for everyone. It does not irritate your lungs yet gives you a similar high.

Quality of vaping ingredients matter

Even as a newbie, you must go the extra mile to assess the quality of vape oil, concentrate, or herb you buy. It affects your experience in terms of outcomes and safety. Quality products promise dense and flavor-rich clouds, while sub-standard ones may lag on one or both fronts.

The right device is important too

Vaping as a process often gets overwhelming for beginners. Even regular smokers struggle because tuning up a vape pen is harder than rolling a joint. It is best to start with a simple device with basic functionalities because it is easier to use and manage. You can graduate to more advanced options as you learn the ropes.

Learn the technique

Apart from choosing the right product and device, learn the basics of vaping techniques. Checking online videos is a good idea, but you can be more confident with some lessons from a seasoned vaper. Even better, try your first session with experienced users around so that they can give you some helpful tips for cloud production.

Be realistic

You will want to get dense, big clouds right with your first vape session. But it doesn’t happen with most users. The best piece of advice is to be realistic and learn the ropes till you become a pro. Start small with your first dosing and understand how it works for you.
