If I could get down to 6mg I would probably try to go to 0 and see what happens. For me vapeing was a way to reduce cig use and stop regular cigs all together. I was a pack to pack and a half a day guy myself and am down to one or two packs a week and just to much of a chicken to take the plunge to no cigs yet, but coming soon.

I read far more than I post, but my progress over the last 8 months I consider phenomenal. I was 1-1.5 PAD analog smoker for over 20yrs. I started with 24mg juice and now I vape nothing but 6mg tasty vapors peach cobbler, mainly because I have a taste for really sweet juices.

Good luck with your give it all up plan. Some people have done well with that plan while others found then needed to come back to vaping and spend some more time working themselves down to zero before giving it all up. Then there are those of us that choose to continue vaping even when we are no longer addicted to the nic.

From the beginning, I have fluctuated between 0 mg and 6 mg. 12 mg gave me a headache because at times I like to chain vape. If I need energy for a long day, I may switch to 6 mg. I don't feel like there is that big of difference between the two. If you're at 6 mg, I think you won't have a problem going to 0 mg.
