Better experience in the past
Though I was given a handicap room, I asked for a chair for the tub and was never sent. I was charged for internet service which I never used. It was credited at the end but I was not happy on the hassle of calling to make the clarification. I expected better service. I doubt that I want to come back to have a personal celebration.
