I believe PG works as an antibacterial because it draws water out of bacterial cells and kills them by dehydration. Not sure if alcohol would help or hinder that.

Don't have to inhale past the mouth to absorb nicotine and flavor. Gotta be better than smoking. Pretty moist environment in the lungs anyways.
