I haven't had any issues with it. Most of the film on windows was from the tar and smoke. As in a house where you have smoked for years, you take down a picture that has been hanging for a few years and there is a white square and the walls look a little yellowish.

Yes and no. When I first started vaping, my car windows got really filmy and greasy very fast. The exhaled vapor clinged to the residue from when I smoked in my car previously. Take a good glass cleaner and some newspaper and clean the insides of your windows really good.
