hi - I have been vaping for just a little over 2 months now and I'm worried about my sinusitis that skyrocketed. I do suffer from a chronic form of sinusitis but it literally never been this bad as it has been since I started vaping. Bloody mucus here and there, facial pain, extreme pressure in my sinuses, head you name it ..... dizziness

Not as bad as yours. Mine did get worse about a 1/2 year after I started vaping. My allergist doesn't think there is a connection between vaping and my sinus issues. I think there might be some connection but probably to a larger degree it is age and enviornment related.

Use nasal irrigation at least twice a day. I recommend the Neilmed sinus rinse with the squeeze bottle. Not as much trouble as a neti pot. Also use the premixed saline, and distilled water.
