I can't find the post right now, but somewhere here I learned from someone very involved with vaping and health that nicotine can make some types of gastritis worse (ulcerative colitis is what I think it was). It can actually help other types, like Crohn's Disease...although smoking to get the nic will make that condition worse.

Because of the shipping ban, I can no longer get the juice I have been vaping for 2 years. They have stopped shipping them to my local store and I cant order it myself so I am done. I can’t make it work anymore. I realized I was hitting my vape way too often. So I made a plan to switch to juul so I can cut down and smoke only one pod, or about a pack of ciggs worth of nic a day. It just didn’t happen.
