So i've noticed my eye twitching pretty regularly over the last week or so. It usually lasts for 5-10 minutes, and it seems to happen a half dozen or so times a day. It's pretty annoying so i did a quick google search on it.

danpio1217

Hahaha and i don't mean eye twitching like in my profile pic. That's the stink eye...and it's intentional

danpio1217

I think lack of sleep was my biggest problem. I couple nights of going to bed early and it seems to have largely diminshed. The day before i posted it seemed to be happening a lot so i figured i'd better look into it. I'm sorry about the PTSD you gotta be one tough cookie to deal with that.

I think coffee and lack of sleep are reasons for eye twitching, but it could be other things too. Like eye strains, which could mean you may need glasses or a stronger lense prescription. And it can also relate to computers too, so if you use a computer too much it can cause stress in your vision.

danpio1217

Haven't found anything as far as the condition being linked to vaping, although after a couple days of going to bed earlier and going from 4+ cups of coffee a day to 1 or 2 max, it seems to have largley subsided.

I hear ya, we all love vaping that's why we're here mine wasn't noticeable to others either, i had the girlfriend stare at my eyelid at point blank range and she couldn't see it lol.

Sword

I'm having the same issue with the eye twitching when vaping to a point that I had an EEG and MRI on my head. I get my results tomorrow 7/8. I'll report back with any findings.

I'm loving vaping, but have noticed I get a twitch in my left eyelid. I'm curious if anyone else experienced any twitches like this. This only seems to occur after I vape for a bit.

could be long hours in front of the computer too.. Do quite a bit of that

jimik Senior Member ECF Veteran

I spend almost all day in front of my computer . Although it only happens when I am vaping. I think it is because of the volume of nicotine I am taking in. My mix can't be more than 9mg but I do vape quite a bit (2ml a day probably).

Yesterday I received 36mg nicotine and I start vaping... Everything was OK, but when I woke up this morning, I noticed that I have blink in my left eye like Yours. This lasting all day. Right now too. Strange.

My lower eyelid has been twitching a few times an hour for about a week now. I don't know if this is a side effect of anything like pg but it is getting really annoying. I have been staying hydrated. Anyone else get any eyelid twitches. I read a little on google and read that that are common to a lot of people.

Just so you know, you're not alone! I've got the same thing going on since I quit smoking cigars and have been only vaping for 10 days now. Kinda freaky. I don't know what's going on.

I suspect it is nicotine. A stimulant known to cause neuromuscular irritability, similar to caffeine. I get this frequently. It might be PG as well, haven't tried VG juice much.

Same here after a week of vaping at 18mg. I dropped to 14 - 16 and no more twitches or it was part of ciggy withdrawals. Not sure which.

I had it for a while when I started vaping. Ended after 2 or 3 weeks. I blame the chain vaping to get over the analogs.
