I know for instance that our old friend Vic Mullin [Vaping with Vic] suffered awful stomach cramps during the early days of his vaping journey. After seeking advice from friends he was advised to drop the 50-50 PG and VG e-liquid and change to a 70-30 and the cramps stopped.

Has anyone experienced joint and muscle pains that they suspect might be related to vaping? I have had these symptoms for a few years and never thought vaping might be the cause until I read the following thread:

Try 0 nic. If there is no pain then that would kinda rule out pg being the problem. After 5 min the water you drank is probably not absorbed int your system yet. Sounds to me like you are sensitive to nicotine. Only 1 way to fix that. 0 nic or quit. Rats thats 2 things.

In my particular case 5 min is more than enough to absorb water because the John starts calling shortly after a drink. If i am sensitive to Nic , I must have developed it recently since I smoked for years with no problems. But I'll try your 0 Nic suggestion if I ever get the will.

It just happens that I do have an Ego C atty that I haven't used in a long time. I think it is 2 Ohm. Will give it a try. I usually use regular cartomizers.

I will be the first to admit that I am constantly breaking rules and vaping where I am not supposed to. Gotta go on a flight, no problem I'll just discreetly hit my caliburn and ghost the hit. Going to a sports game? Hit that bad boy in the crowd. I am not blowing huge clouds, or any clouds really. So I am just wondering if it's inconsiderate, even if nobody notices me ? And do you guys do it ?

Neither found a notable effect from nicotine. Caffeine is the confirmed "morning mover". However, they were both small studies (16 and 11 participants, respectively) and I can't access the full studies, but I imagine anyone with an already-sensitive digestive system was eliminated (no pun intended).
