My lungs are so much better since I started vaping, I don't care if I'm losing a small amount of performance from it. I don't vape while I work out or for a half hour or so before starting. I actually doubt I am losing anything.

I started running in early June and made little progress working on the C25K program. I couldn't seem to get past the 5 minute mark without painful cramps in my calves. I kept lifiting heavy despite smoking, so vaping has been nothing but an improvement. The only negative side effect I've noticed as of yet, is that it's often a little too tempting to enjoy a vape and a coffee before the rest of the house wakes up and workouts get missed...
