Well, this is only observational, but i find that I get plentty of nicotine from vaping. I was a 2 pack a day smoker, and when i started vaping, I basically stopped analogs almost immediatly. When I take a nice big rip of my vape, and exhale slowly through my nose, i find the head rush very intoxicating. the nic almost goes straight to my brain.

Then life happened and I smoked for over 45 years. Three years ago I started working out again, not swimming, but cardio and weight training.
