I have been vaping for almost 2 years now. Developed a PG allergy and switched to VG about 4 months ago. I have experienced weight gain over the last 6-8 months and am doing nothing different. Eat healthy, exercise, however I am more tired while vaping. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for the info! That actually is a lot of added calorie intake. Hadn't thought of that. I'm quitting just to be on the safe side though. I'm usually pretty active and the temptation to just sit around and vape has gotten the better of me more times than not. Anyone else feelin that?

Funny, but I've experienced just the opposite. I find that if I'm vaping, I'm not snacking. In the past when I tried to quit smoking, I always put on a little weight because I satisfied my oral fixation by snacking. With vaping, I never snack anymore. In fact, a good fruity ejuice flavor satisfies me as much as a full blown dessert used to.

Trust me... I hoped it would be anything other than the vaping. And initially I did lose some weight, but then the pg allergy hit and I switched to atomizer with 70/30 veg to pg. the allergy symptoms subsided quickly but the weight gain did not .
