I have the same issue since before vaping, I also have a problem with disks in my lower back and at the neck, actually some years ago the nerves from my arm got pinched at the neck and it caused all sorts of trouble.

Higher than 50% VG gives me, heavy chest, not really pain but pain like. Maybe you are developing a sensitivity to either VG or PG. Could also be nic level.... You will be more sensitive, after sleep and long periods of non use.
