Have you ever had blood pressure issues? Have you ever felt really lightheaded when standing after laying down? That's what this sounds like to me. Did you wake up from your nap and go immediately to your computer and take all those puffs? You may have had low bp when you got up, and rapid puffing may have made it worse.
