I smoked at least twice if not more a day, everyday for a year and a half. I ended up having respitory problems and chronic coughing due to it. I was so enraged that smoking the ganj caused this and was preventing me from further use. I have not smoked since then.

Been off the cigs for 3 weeks total and just smoked my last blunt yesterday. I'm going to give my lungs a much needed rest and see what happens. If anything I think I will just go with edibles in the future, I'm not against Vaping however with the damage I've already done I don't want to do it unless I know it's totally safe.
