(I go through about 3 battery loads a day (swapping out @ ~3.7 volts))...and... You're definitely not drinking enough water, especially if you add working out and vaping to the equation. Drink more fluids. They recommend drinking 8 glasses a day on normal days. If you do things that dehydrate you, you're going to need more than that.

You need to be drinking A LOT more water! Dark urine is most commonly a symptom of dehydration. If you are vaping heavily and working out several times a week, 4-6 glasses of water a day are almost certainly not enough.

I agree that you should probably be taking in more fluids if you're working out on top of vaping, but just to throw an alternate theory out there: have you recently started taking any kind of supplement? Excess B vitamins can also cause dark urine. But yeah, you're probably dehydrated too, even if you are taking supplements.
