When I was a few weeks into vaping, I got pretty sick. I started with some minor sinus irritation (not terrible, just nasty, achy sinuses), then I got a staph infection. I felt like I was on my death bed. I was vaping 18mg nic at the time, and ordered some 12mg nic menthol juice. And oh, what a difference it made.

Hey guys, I've got the flu right now accompanied with a sore throat and I'm still vaping, just not as hard as usual. I'm using 18mg where I usually use 26mg. I tried some of my 8mg but for some reason it felt better with the 18mg. I've been taking lots of Extra strong menthol halls, and I find if I vape while having one it helps a lot.

I've vaped through every sore throat, cold or random viral infection I've had and it didn't cause me any problems. When you're at the worst part of a cold and all dried out from medicine anyway, I don't think you'd even notice if the vapor dried you out a tiny bit more.
