High PG used to bother me. Gave me hives. I had to go all VG and slowly work PG back in and it was fine...gradually had to build myself up. As for dry skin, are you drinking enough water? If not, I recommend it. Also, flavorings can cause problems.

I had a reaction to fresh DIY juice using capella's flavoring, it made my lips like bright red and extremely chapped. After I let it steep, no problems. I think I am sensitive to capella's when fresh mixed. Also irritated my mouth, tongue etc. But steeping made it a whole lot better. bnrk
