I am hypothyroid as well, I take 200 synthroid every morning. My heart races more on e-cigs than it did on analogs. I plan on switching to VG and seeing if it makes a difference as it may be a PG reaction. If that doesnt work I will drop my mcg amounts down to 11 or 8. Perhaps the thyroid condition worsens it for us.

I'm taking 40mg adderall a day and my e-liquid is 18mg Nic. I haven't experienced any of those symptoms and I'm a cereal vaper. Basically non stop. Well, other than the elevated heart rate, but that's to be expected with or without nicotine. You might want to see a doctor for those symptoms. You might be experiencing something that needs attention.
