Hello! I've been vaping for about 5 months but I'm new to these forums. I think Ecigs have probably saved my life and I really want to share it with my friends that still smoke. My best friend has migraines from time to time, not just headaches, but sit in a dark room with no light or sound, all day in pain migraines.

Tell her to order Swedish snus. If I were her I wouldn't vape anything either if it gave me a migraine.They are holy hell. Read the Alternatives to smoking Forum here on ecf and the links are important if you remember hearing all bad things about it. But have her order the plainest non flavored tobacco snus she can. No flavors. Just tobacco snus.

Yes she has been migraine free for a few weeks after she stopped vaping but she has smoked a bit. Also I'm not sure it was the vaping that triggered it, but it's really the only new thing introduced to her for those few days. I'll look into Swedish snus, but I'm not sure she would be into trying it.

I started smoking because of migraines. Since I quit smoking, I've had a few more migraines than I did while smoking, but not like before I started smoking. I've found that all PG liquids or nic levels being too low/high will give me a migraine really quickly.

I feel for you, TeriJo. I know what you're talking about, but I've only had one in the almost six months I've been vaping. So, for me anyway, I'd say vaping isn't causing any for me. I also got some of the blue foam to try and have been using that for a couple of weeks now, so I don't think it's a problem for me either.
