I have been having problems sleeping for the past few months, no matter how little sleep I have had I am not tired. I am going to try that zero nic thing, although I dont do hi nic juice the highest I have is 18, and I mix it with 11 and zero half the time. To be honest I am always mixing so I dont know how much nic I am getting but it cant be more than 18 ever since thats the highest I own.
