Eliquid drys the mouth and can cause mouth sores remember drink more liquids.

LOL, you'd be surprised what people ask and some answer like they have been practicing for years. Some of the better suppliers list their PG/VG percentage some will mix your eliquid to your percentage you want some even have 100% VG (Mt Baker Vapor is one that cames to mind).

After vaping for about 5 years, I have found that I'm just sensitive to certain flavorings. I have experienced the burnt tongue, dry cough (very different from the smoker's cough that went away 2 weeks after quitting), and also swelling/irritation around the edge of my lips.

Good thing for canker sores is sage. Take a tablespoon of dried sage leaves and steep in boiled hot water for 15 minutes. Strain and gurgle. You can also put 1 teaspoon of baking soda (not baking powder!) in a cup of water and gurgle. Do not swallow!
