I am going to try that zero nic thing, although I dont do hi nic juice the highest I have is 18, and I mix it with 11 and zero half the time. To be honest I am always mixing so I dont know how much nic I am getting but it cant be more than 18 ever since thats the highest I own.

No. I sleep like a baby from not smoking though!! Good, deep sleep now.

Nicotine and Caffeine are interesting, both are stimulants, Even though in my experience nicotine feels like a depressant. This means they SHOULD keep you awake (more or less, at least making it more difficult to sleep) However, you can become addicted to either, and if your body adapts to having either before bed on a regular basis, you will find it much harder to sleep without having it.
