It might be...I keep some 6 mg nic for night time vaping...Im not affected cause at night Im usually vaping a lot. But that had cleared up my sleep issues. Also I take meletonin every night and that helps.

I was a very heavy smoker, 2/1/2 packs a day or sometimes more. I vape 24mg during the day but if I don't cut it down to 6mg after supper I am awake all night. I am not sure why but the nic in ecigs affects me different than regular ciggs.

Yep, I agree with the others - I go down to 6 mg's at night so it doesn't affect my sleep. If you can, trying cutting back on how much you vape an hour or two before you go to bed until you can get some lower nic juice.
